Contract Service Support:

We offer prepaid priority service contracts to all our clients.  Service contracts are prepaid for a set number of hours.  Typically, service contracts are 20 hours but can be purchased for as little as 12 hours or as many as 40 hours.

  • Guaranteed a response within 4 business hours if necessary
  • On site visit within 24 business hours if required
  • Unlimited telephone technical support
  • Prepaid contract clients receive a 10% discount off of out standard non-contract rate.
  • Your hours can be used for any of our services…troubleshooting, training, installation, maintenance, virus removal and much more

Non-Contract Service Support:

We also have a standard, flat hourly rate (Non-Contract) available for clients that do not purchase service contracts. As with our Contract Support option, your can use any of our services…troubleshooting, training, installation, maintenance, virus removal and much more with the following exceptions:

  • Payment in full is due at the time of service
  • Does NOT include guaranteed response time or on site visit.
  • Does NOT include unlimited phone support
  • Your hours can be used for any of our services…troubleshooting, training, installation, maintenance, virus removal and much more
